Bangkok on the Bay.
Welcome to our kitchen on the Eastern Shore, where Old Bay takes a back seat to fish sauce.
We’re a small, family business led by a sister-in-law duo — one born and raised in Bangkok, the other a Maryland native.
Our hands-on Thai cooking classes are low-pressure and focused on flavor. Whether you’re a total beginner or a confident home cook, you’ll learn the secrets to balancing sweet, sour, salty, and spicy — and leave knowing exactly what to do with lemongrass and tamarind.

About us
Born outside of Bangkok, Dia grew up surrounded by the flavors and aromas that define Thai cuisine. She spent her early career as a photographer before following her culinary instincts, opening her own ice cream shop in a town outside of Bangkok — where she met an American teacher (now her husband) who stopped in for a scoop.
Dia lives in Talbot County with her husband and their two daughters. Her methods of teaching Thai cooking blend traditions from her mother and grandmother, healthy local ingredients, and approachability.
Hudson is a Maryland local with a love for people and good food. With 15+ years of experience in marketing and entertainment, she worked on the West Coast before moving back to the Shore, where she’s passionate about creating experiences that help people to connect and gain the confidence to cook food from different cultures at home.
